This is a very pretty property in panama city. Even longer if you're getting to the canal. Pool is great. We loved walking the beach at low tide. Now on to the bad Consierge, great.

We have been implementing english classes and new training for our staff in order to improve the points you mentioned above. Unfortunately, the taxis in Panama do sometimes take advantage of tourists, which is very sad. We are very sorry to hear they overcharged you. Since a few months, we do offer a VIP taxi service in order to avoid this kind of issues. We hope to have you back soon, and if so, we will promise you a great stay with us.
Kind regards from Playa Bonita,. The service and the elegance of this hotel is excellent, also the room are spacious and beautiful view. The food is OK, they should have more variety in their buffet, the hamburger excellent but the hot dog it is a big sausage that is wait to big, is a little bit far from Panama City, so if you want to eat sometime else have to be there.
