We have in sakon Nakhon parks, temples, all which are free. We have 3 streets of outdoor and indoor markets selling everything you will need for your holiday at a fraction of the cost in the resort areas..
There 4 good class hotels. The Majestic, rooms bt. Sakol Grand palace, bt Imperial from bt and my favorite dusit hotel from bt. For entertainment, we have opposite Big C. Best time to come is from October-March where temperatures are around 23c But August we have temperatures around 40c. If you want to come to the real Thailand, where the Land of Smiles still exists. Sakon Nakhon is the place for you. I came here for 2 weeks holdays stayed, and never went back to the U.
